The NexTurn D Series machines provide the ultimate in thermal control of machining conditions during swiss type machining.

Standard items of the D Series machines include Built-in Direct Drive Spindles for both the Main and the Sub Spindle. In addition, both of these spindles are temperature controlled with an external Daikin Oil Cooler resulting in stable thermal characteristics.

The Rotary Guide Bushing is driven by an independent Fanuc 1.1 kw Spindle Motor and Drive.

Modular Tooling is provided as Standard on the Front working tools.

The Fanuc 18iTB control is equipped with Dual Processors to manage all drive functions and machining commands efficiently.
