Introducing the X Series

The Nexturn X Series Swiss Type Non-Guide bushing machines are created for the processing of expensive materials that are short in length but have many tooling operations. The swiss type design of these machines allow for swiss type processing without the need for centerless ground material. In addition, the remnant length remains short – less than 70 mm (2.75”).

The X Series machines are available in 3 models – SA20X, SA32X and SA45X allowing 20, 32 and 45 mm maximum material size. All machines include Built-In Direct Drive Motor System for the Main and Sub Spindles with Oil Cooler, Full C Axis on both the Main and Sub Spindles, 26 Tool maximum capacity on the SA20X and SA32X and an Optimized Tooling Layout for better cycle times.

The robust Body Structure has been designed using FEM Analysis assuring High Rigidity. The Tool Stand has a low center of gravity design. The bed is made from a single casting.

All servo motors, electrics and 8 Axis Fanuc 18iTB CNC Control are the most reliable in the industry. The control incorporates a 10.4” Color LCD Display for operator convenience.
