Models
The NexTurn Series machines bring new, lower cost solutions to the CNC Swiss type turning markets. All machines from 12 mm thru 38 mm capacity include many features that others offer only as optional accessories.
On 20 thru 38 mm machines standard items include: Full 7 Axis Machining Capability, Full C Axis (.001 degree) Machining on both the Main and Sub Spindles, Multiple Rotary Tools, Rigid Tapping on all Spindles, Part Conveyor, Y Axis Tool Block for 3 additional Tools, Program Prove Out via MPG function, all Fanuc Electronics and Drives and much more.The list of standard items is extensive.
The swing out pendant allows for user friendly operation as well as easy access to the main spindle and guide bushing.
Machines are also available with optional accessories and functions to meet specific needs of various industries such as Polygon Turning, Long Shaft support, Hi Pressure Coolant Systems, Thread Whirling for the Medical industry and more.
